Banish Anxiety

Let’s define anxiety as I would use it, as your hypnotist and emotional coach. Anxiety is a fear-based emotion that is unnecessary and or excessive. If you have fears that are based on accurate perceptions, perhaps you were just cut off while driving and were almost in an accident, that isn’t anxiety, that is appropriate fear. However, if you're feeling a fear-based emotion, and you're perfectly safe after you assess your situation, and you know there is nothing to be afraid of, I would call that anxious. There is no reason to feel anxiety. It is unnecessary and excessive.e.

Anxiousness always starts somewhere. You were not born with it. It is something that was programmed into you when, through life experiences, probably when you were young, before you had any defense against it. It was not something that you chose. I happened before you had the ability to stop that kind of programming going into your subconscious.  

Anxiety is a memorized response. Once your subconscious mind has decided that something or someone is not safe for you, it automatically turns on that program and makes you feel anxious feelings to get you to do avoid that person or thing. It is a memorized response that we don't have control over. It's an autopilot program in your subconscious, and that is good news, because that means reprogram it! You already have the power to take back control and change the programming, you just need to be taught the skill, and perhaps be given the opportunity. This unnecessary and excessive fear-based emotion is NOT a part of the operating system. It is a virus that's come in after you were already.

You can change the programming inside of you until the last moment of life. There's always time to change. It doesn't matter how long you've had the problem. And it doesn't matter how old you are. You can always change. It just takes some focus and effort

Changes like this will not happen on their own. I know that anxious feelings really get going and they feel overwhelming and you feel as if you don't have any power over them at all, it really sucks. I understand how you feel, I’ve been there. I know it feels like it's just happening to you, and you can't stop it. I want to encourage you that with consistent effort, you can change it just like I did. Hypnosis will make it so much easier!

I will be taking you through the steps that I used to reprogram and get rid of my anxiety and panic attacks completely.

Dangerously Confident:

Having completely changed the internal orientation of my mind, I don't think the opposite of anxiety is feeling safe and secure. I think it's the idea that you feel so powerful you can step outside of your comfort zone and take risks, I call it Dangerously Confident!

To feel powerfully confident, be okay with failure, and to look forward to making mistakes. To enjoy new places, new people, and new experiences. I want YOU to be able to do this as a well. I don’t want you to just get to the point where you only feel safe inside your comfort zone. I want to help you step out and enable yourself to grow, to step out of your comfort zone, look forward to challenges and discomfort, to enjoy the growth experience.

Now medications, if you're taking them to manage any kind of mood, especially your anxiety and panic. That's okay. None of the things teach or recommend will disrupt that care or be disrupted by it. However, never change how you are following your doctor’s orders or instructions to follow mine.

Unfortunately, I believe that meds are often, not always, a band-aid approach. They don’t address the problem, only the symptoms. Anything you learn here should help improve anxious feelings, if you ever feel worse, stop and seek a doctors advice.

Viral programs in our subconscious, that make us feel unnecessarily anxious, are like dental cavities. Once the enamel begins to thin, bacteria get into the tooth and start to eat away at healthy tooth tissue.

This process can’t be stopped. A complete removal of the problem must happen, and then the space must be filled with a healthy substance to seal the internal part of the tooth from exposure. If a cavity is not completely removed, it just keeps growing no matter what you do once it has begun. The same is true with anxious producing programs in the subconscious.

Once these programs are in your subconscious they keep spreading out and affecting more areas of your life. They only get better if you make concerted effort to change remove them and change them, so you can get back to thinking and feeling as you should.
