Hypnosis isn’t just for removing the bad habits & behaviors…
It is also excellent for achieving new goals & optimizing performance. Many people find hypnosis is perfect for quickly changing subconscious habits that keep them under-performing. Sometimes I do have to help clients remove internal blocks or negative beliefs for them to reach their goals, but that’s easy!

Definitely! I have advanced training and techniques I use to help people reliably reach their goals. Each client’s protocol is individualized to their goals and their needs.
What will hypnosis for phobia be like?
Mostly it will feel great. Who doesn’t want to feel more capable, confident, and powerful? Focusing on these kinds of things in hypnosis will bring those feelings up powerfully for you in the session, and keep them around after.

Whatever is blocking the movement toward the goals is dealt with quickly, many times I include time for coaching and skill building, and the hypnosis session is filled with powerful confidence, skill building and work.
